I have 29 years of experience in the construction industry beginning with a Las Vegas land and home developer to now owning a general contracting company with my husband Sid, where we focus on building quality custom and spec homes.  We have built spec and custom homes in NV, MT, ID, ND and AZ.

 

In 2012 while living in North Dakota, I decided to get my real estate license and found I really enjoy working with both sellers and buyers. I also experienced what it was like to be truly part of a community getting involved with the local Real Estate Board, Rotary, the Homebuilders Association and a local mentoring program.  I served on many boards and was honored to be presented the 2013 Badlands Board of Realtors Rookie of the Year.

 

In 2014, after living in Montana and North Dakota for 12 years, my husband and I made the move here to Arizona to be closer to family and warmer weather. I got my real estate license here in AZ in 2015 and also have the SRES and GRI designations.
